Hislop Makes History at Whistler!

(April 11, 2010) - Summit's Tori Hislop made history by taking 14th place in the 2010 Whistler Cup K1 Kombi Race. This is the best ever performance of a Manitoba racer in this prestegious competition. Tori not only represented Manitoba in the event, but was also selected as a member of Team Canada. Congratulations Tori on an excellent, historic performance!

Summit athletes Maclean Hatherly and Sara Telles-Langdon were also part of the Manitoba contingent at The Whistler Cup. They both had very good results and represented Manitoba and the Summit team well. Congratulation to them both!

The Whistler Cup is an international ski event for athletes 11 - 14 years of age. Athletes from 23 countries compete in the F.I.S. sanctioned race. For more information on The Whistler Cup click here .
